Welcome to Massage Therapist North Tyneside

What is massage?

Massage is a hands-on therapy. It’s used to help relaxation of the body and mind through the release of muscle tension.

What does It involve?

There are different styles of massage and individual massage therapists use different techniques ranging from very light touch to deep tissue work. At WBOC we take the time to talk with you about which style will best suit you. Our massage therapist North Tyneside will also work closely with the Osteopaths to make sure that the massage you receive will fit in with any osteopathic treatment.

The techniques used at WBOC are drawn from:
Swedish Massage
Aromatherapy
Sports/Deep tissue/Remedial Massage
Hot Stones
Lymphatic Drainage
